a classic tune, a fresh craft, and a good laugh—so if you can run a schedule tighter than

The Skinny
- Payday: About $35,000 a year (full-time, non-exempt).
- Hours: 40–45 per week, plus the odd evening or weekend sock hop.

- Plan a Jam-Packed Calendar: Games, crafts, fitness, holiday shindigs, road trips—if it

Must-Haves
- High school diploma (bonus points for extra schooling).
- 2+ years of cooking up activities or recreation therapy, preferably with older adults.
- Valid driver’s license & ability to hoist 25 lbs (think “one loaded picnic basket”).

- Basic computer know-how—email, spreadsheets, activity software (no punch cards here).
