Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative & Scheduling Intern to support our team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our office, and effective scheduling of our maintenance and repair services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vital support role within a friendly and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repair appointments 🗓️
• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information 📞
• Maintain and update our client database and scheduling software 💻
• Support the administrative team with filing, data entry, and document management 📂
• Help prepare reports and summaries for management meetings 📊
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner ☎️
• Communicate with field team to ensure process of appointment and completion of appointments 🤝
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field 🎓
• Fiercely strong organizational skills and attention to detail 🔍
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ✍️
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 📑
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🤝
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to pivot and be flexible in an ever-changing daily work environment. 🌟
• Spanish or Portuguese fluency a plus. 🗣️

Job Information:
• Part-time, hourly (16 - 24 hours per week, $21.00 per hour)
• Onsite in downtown Seattle or downtown Bellevue
• Reports to Operations Manager
• Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation
