Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of our pharmacy's operations, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and supplies. Your primary responsibilities will involve sorting manifests and paperwork, assembling packaging materials, sorting packaging slips, and accurately packing pharmaceutical orders.

This is a duration working from December through January, 9am-5pm onsite M-F

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sorting Manifests and Paperwork: Your role will entail organizing and categorizing manifests, prescriptions, and paperwork associated with incoming and outgoing pharmaceutical shipments. Attention to detail is crucial to maintaining regulatory compliance and inventory accuracy.
2. Assembling Packaging Materials: You will be responsible for assembling packaging materials such as boxes, vials, labels, and other necessary supplies used for pharmaceutical packaging. This task requires adherence to strict quality standards and procedural guidelines.
3. Sorting Packaging Slips: Efficiently sorting packaging slips based on prescription details and order specifications is a key aspect of your role. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation is essential for proper inventory management and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
