📍 Office Administrative Support – Financial Firm | Miami, FL

💼 6-Month+ Contract | $22/hour | ASAP Start | Fully On-Site, 5 Days/Week

Location: Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Onsite)

Compensation: $22/hour

We’re seeking a polished and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join a leading global financial firm’s team in Miami, FL . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing office that values professionalism, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to team members, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail (including checks, stock certificates, and tax forms)
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with general office logistics
  • Support internal and client events — booking rooms, ordering catering, and coordinating interviews
  • Liaise with building services and greet guests in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Assist the Private Wealth Management team with client servicing and day-to-day operational needs
