This is a long-term, contract to hire opportunity. This position requires someone to be in the office daily for the first 6 months, but then has the ability to transition to a hybrid schedule.
What You’ll Do
✅ Enter and maintain accurate data in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and internal systems
✅ Support order processing, reporting, and team communication
✅ Assist with promotional programs, webinars, and event coordination
✅ Help streamline workflows and keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For
✨ Previous administrative or office support experience (data entry, CRM, or similar)
✨ Strong attention to detail and follow-through
✨ Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools
