Responsibilities of the Executive Sales Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Primary customer service contact for prospects who have questions about proposals or our services and products, and attend meetings when necessary
  • Coordinate responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), including preparing narratives and case studies, coordinating pricing, and reviewing contracts
  • Act as the primary business operations liaison for prospects and new clients during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Facilitate requests for temporary or surge service in partnership with field operations.
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers and subcontractors (uniforms, equipment, technology), including pricing, contract renewals, and service quality.
  • Management of client budget needs and requests for adjustments or clarifications
  • Monitor risk management compliance, including contract terms and certificate of insurance requirements
  • Maintain Salesforce Lightning CRM data throughout the sales process.
  • Represent company at industry and trade organization events as needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications of the Sales Administrator:

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years experience in project management, sales, hotel, administrative assistant, or related roles
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
  • Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Other Qualifications: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of the Security industry is a plus, but not required. Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.

Travel: Ability to travel to client and branch office locations in suburban Chicago and northwest Indiana. Less than 10% travel.

Salary & Benefits: Base salary is $70,000-80,000, with a discretionary year-end bonus. Paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match. Also includes skills-enhancing training and opportunities for career growth and promotion
