Position Overview The Assistant Superintendent will assist the Superintendent in the oversight of safety, scheduling, and construction activities for tilt-up and commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities - Assist the Superintendent in the coordination of all construction activities
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Assist with scheduling and monitoring of project timelines
- Collaborate with project team members, including subcontractors and vendors
- Help ensure project completion within budget and quality requirements
- Assist with site inspections, quality control, and testing
Qualifications - At least 2 years of experience in construction management
- Previous experience with tilt-up building projects preferred
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols
- Excellent scheduling and project management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred
