Audio Software Engineer

Fulltime role with L&T Technology Services (LTTS.

Sunnyvale, California – Onsite

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to help accelerate the production of our deliverables by cleaning up code, improving UI, and creating high-quality user manuals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multiple programming languages and tools, including MATLAB, Python /C/C++.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Demonstrated experience in design, implementation, and research skills.
• Demonstrated experience in MATLAB, Python, C/C++and equivalent tools.
• M.S. or PhD in EE or similar discipline or experience in relevant technical field.
• Decisive, action-oriented team player who learns quickly and takes ownership of open issues.

Responsibilities:

• Improve UI design and implementation to enhance user experience.
• Identify areas for code improvement and develop plans to address them.
• Maintain up-to-date lists of feature requests and bug fixes.
• Clean up and optimize existing codebases for better performance, readability, and maintainability.
• Develop and implement best practices for coding standards, documentation, and testing.
• Create comprehensive and accurate user manuals, guides, and documentation for various projects.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with R&D engineers to ensure seamless integration of cleaned-up code and documentation into production.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including coding standards, testing, and version control.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
