Our data-driven approach helps enhance clinical outcomes, increase patient access, improve quality of life, reduce hospitalizations and unnecessary emergency department visits, and lower overall healthcare costs.

Clinical Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage our day-to-day analytics operations. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining clinical data analytics, presenting insights, leading training, and resolving data-related issues. This position involves close collaboration with our clinical compliance, and finance teams and requires strong project and change management skills.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Knowledgeable in essential Python libraries including Nump, Pandas, and BeautifulSoup.
• Strong communication skills across cross-functional departments.
• Experienced in generating data reports and building, maintaining, and updating automated processes.
• Skilled in performing data mining interpreting patient notes.
• Experience working with API’s.
• Proficient in writing and maintaining clear documentation.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
