Job Description

Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and external partners, ensuring that all interactions reflect our commitment to excellence and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing communications with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate and facilitate internal communications to ensure seamless information flow.
Prepare reports, presentations, and client correspondence with accuracy and clarity.
Assist in developing communication strategies that support business objectives.
Maintain records of all communications and client interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with diverse clients.
Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, email platforms, etc.).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
