• Must have experience in multi-family GC projects.
• Strong proficiency in reading, writing, grammar, and analytical skills.
• Ability to envision, plan, and forecast effectively.
• Expertise in work management, people management, leadership, and coaching.
• In-depth understanding of construction project management and its impact on project profitability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growing customer relationships and business opportunities.
• Proficiency in computer skills and project management software applications.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and professional presentation skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong visual and auditory skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in design/build and commercial ground-up construction.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of multi-family projects.
• Competency in cast-in-place concrete and tilt-wall construction.
