Cocoloba Homes is a boutique luxury spec and custom home builder in Fort Worth. We are known for strong architectural character, high standards, and exceptionally run job sites. We are hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent who can lead daily site operations while also handling core project management responsibilities.

This role is hands on and requires ownership of schedules, subcontractors, quality, safety, communication, and job site organization across active projects.

About the Role

You will be fully responsible for day to day construction activity on site. This includes subcontractor management, schedule coordination, material logistics, quality control, and maintaining clean and safe job sites. You will also manage administrative components such as scheduling, documentation, and budget awareness to keep projects running efficiently and predictably.

This position requires strong field leadership paired with excellent organization and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run daily job site operations and manage all subcontractors
  • Build and maintain construction schedules and sequencing
  • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics
  • Track budgets and flag cost or timing risks early
  • Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Conduct quality control walks and manage punch lists
  • Communicate clearly with ownership, inspectors, and trade partners
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Buildertrend, Excel, and Outlook

Required Experience

  • Minimum five years experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager in residential construction
  • Proven experience independently running job sites
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and budget management
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and construction management software
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
