Our client, a reputable General Contractor in North Dallas, is seeking a Superintendent to join their team. Specializing in ground-up commercial projects up to $20M, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to take ownership of high-value projects and grow their career with a respected builder.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for ground-up commercial projects.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce quality control and safety standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Conduct site meetings, maintain daily reports, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Provide leadership on-site, ensuring smooth coordination between field and office teams.

Requirements:

• Up to 7 years of experience in commercial construction (ground-up experience required).
• Proven ability to manage projects up to $20M in value.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to foster strong relationships with subcontractors and clients.
• Stable career history with solid tenures at previous employers.
