Your Role as a CT Radiographer As a
CT Radiographer at UMMS, you’ll play a crucial role in
delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging , ensuring
precision, patient safety , and
fast, accurate results . Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating high-resolution Tomography / CT Imaging equipment to produce high quality diagnostic images
- Demonstrates clinical competence in Musculoskeletal, Neuro and Body
- Demonstrated ability to fix studies in the private area in collaboration with EPIC
- Ensuring patient safety, comfort & proper positioning procedures
- Collaborating with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate diagnostic results
- Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to compliance standards
Full-Time; Night Shift; Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 7pm-7am Various Shifts Available: - Nights; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9:00pm-7:00am (Full-Time)
- Nights; Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00pm-7:00am (Full-Time)
- Nights; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7:00pm-7:00am (Full-Time)
- PRN; As Needed Schedule
Qualifications - Requirements:
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene license.
- CPR certification.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
- Understanding of imaging principles and practices.
