Job Description

Our client, a global fashion company, is looking to hire a Digital & CRM Temp to join their team at a hybrid capacity in NYC (4 days in office). The duration of this role is 6 months but could extended based on performance and the needs of the business. This person will bolster digital channel engagement and this role will provide robust assistance in the CRM/Digital realm.

Job Duties Include:

• Assist in coordinating various projects aimed at supporting business initiatives across digital, CRM, and eCommerce domains
• Create customer segments based on consumer behavior to align with product launches and events
• Drive retail and digital market expansion through lead generation efforts
• Design and optimize email campaigns targeting various markets and manage the monthly email and SMS KPI calendar
• Compile and distribute weekly online traffic and email/SMS performance reports for various markets using tools such as Google Analytics and MS Excel
• Enhance digital customer journey by leveraging Customer Data Platform software to provide insights into sales and consumer behaviors
• Optimize marketing effectiveness by crafting persona-driven content and leveraging customer insights to shape buyer journeys
• Prepare ad hoc benchmarking reports
• Generate ad hoc creative briefs tailored for retail and wholesale partners
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• Resourceful with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines
• Microsoft Excel experience at mid-advance level with experience in V-lookups and pivot tables
• Ability to compose reports and decipher information
• Keen eye for detail and effective communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus
• Previous experience in Digital/CRM roles is a plus

Salary range: $24.24/hr
