This is a hybrid role and is based in the Kansas City Metro Area.
Essential Duties:
In collaboration with the Vice President, Talent Acquisition, develop and implement talent acquisition strategies: Create comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that encompass sourcing, employer branding, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruitment.
Lead and manage the talent acquisition team: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and offer acceptance.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines: Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future openings, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates.
Enhance employer branding: Develop and execute strategies to promote our company as an employer of choice, attracting top talent and building a strong employer brand.
Utilize data and analytics: Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and use insights to optimize talent acquisition strategies and improve efficiency.
Manage external partnerships: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other partners to enhance our sourcing capabilities.
Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance.
Skills/ Specialities:
Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.
Experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Must have the ability to handle a high volume of requisitions and candidate flow.
Education/ Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
