What You’ll Do:
As Engineer IV , you’ll report to the Senior Director of Engineering and play a pivotal role in supporting multiple manufacturing sites across the U.S. You’ll lead major capital projects, champion safety and reliability, and partner with plant leadership to drive operational improvements across automation, maintenance, and production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead large and small-scale engineering projects with minimal supervision
✅ Support and improve maintenance excellence programs across sites
✅ Implement and troubleshoot injection mold processes and profile extrusion systems
✅ Work closely with vendors on new equipment evaluation and selection
✅ Identify and help close skill gaps within plant maintenance teams
✅ Stay within project budgets and manage project timelines
Ideal Background:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Plastics preferred)
✔ 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
✔ Strong technical background in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, automation, and PLCs
✔ Hands-on experience with injection molding and extrusion processing
✔ Proven track record in project management
✔ Willingness to travel 25–50% to support multiple facilities
