Job Description

Baller League US is looking for an Event Project Manager, who will be the driving force behind the planning and delivery of our US events. The Event Project Manager will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the success of each event. Baller League is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and we are seeking someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and confident taking full ownership of complex projects with minimal supervision.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you’ll manage the event lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for suppliers, budgets and operations, with a strong emphasis on safety and production. On match days, you’ll take the lead on-site to ensure everything runs seamlessly, while also looking ahead to proactively improve and develop the event as it grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and deliver all aspects of the event.
  • Oversee match day operations, ensuring production, logistics and safety are executed to the highest standard.
  • Take ownership of budgets, tracking costs and delivering value.
  • Source, negotiate with and manage suppliers and contractors.
  • Manage production schedules and deadlines.
  • Implement robust safety and risk management procedures.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align on event vision and objectives.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve and evolve the event experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.

  • Proven background in event management, with some knowledge of technical production and safety practices.
  • Confident in budget management and supplier negotiations.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Calm, adaptable and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Forward-thinking and proactive.
