This role combines hands-on system administration with strategic project leadership to ensure mission-critical reliability in high-stakes environments.

What You'll Do:

• Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations to maintain secure, compliant operations.
• Design and optimize notification templates, workflows, task lists, groups, and rules for effective incident response and drills.
• Lead integrations with business systems, monitor performance, and proactively troubleshoot issues for 99.9% uptime.
• Serve as the key liaison with stakeholders, Everbridge support, and cross-functional/global teams to align on governance, change management, and roadmap execution.
• Deliver training, onboarding, and documentation while verifying data integrity and ensuring adherence to organizational standards.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or Project Lead with Everbridge (or similar crisis/incident platforms like AlertMedia or Rave Mobile Safety).
• Proven technical proficiency in Everbridge administration, including template creation, integrations, and conducting drills/simulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Communications, Technical/Security fields (or equivalent) + strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile/team environments, change management, and working with diverse, global stakeholders.
• Comfort with 40-hour weeks (M-F) and flexibility for occasional extra hours based on business needs—no travel required.
