Executive Assistant to $80K - Hybrid Work Model Offered!

Our client, a global management consulting firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their busy team! In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting four executives. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives in a professional services setting.

Position Details:

• Location: Boston, MA
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Degree: Preferred
• Responsibilities include acting as gatekeeper for executives' calendar, serving as the main point of contact for external and internal requests, prioritizing conflicting needs and proactively following up, providing extensive travel management, coordinating all expense reporting, performing ad hoc administrative work and projects as needed, and more.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, strong organizational skills, an ability to work with minimal supervision, and can act as a point of contact for all requests with proactiveness and professionalism.
