Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Santa Clara, CA. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing expense reports, executive communication, and general administrative assistance. Daily tasks involve scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing reports, and assisting with various projects as needed to support the executive team.
