Our publicly traded and commercially successful biotech client is expanding its finance organization and seeking an FP&A Manager to serve as a strategic finance partner to the Commercial organization . This highly visible role will provide critical insights and analysis to support expense management, pricing strategies, sales compensation, and market analytics .
About the Role
The ideal candidate has FP&A experience supporting commercial teams in the life sciences industry , preferably within a therapeutic-focused biotech . This role will provide financial guidance, lead planning and forecasting processes, and drive data-driven decision-making to support the company’s growth objectives.
