**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join a manufacturing company that specializes in creating custom, high-quality labels, overlays, and membrane switches for various industries, including golf putters, fire departments, caution tapes, and car windshields. We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to be part of our team. **Responsibilities** + Utilize manufacturing equipment to count, create, and cut labels. + Read and interpret job tickets. + Engage in the general production of cutter equipment to produce paper products according to job ticket specifications. + Set up, adjust, and operate manufacturing equipment following job ticket instructions. + Remove, stack, pack, and transport printed material in various stages of completion as it accumulates on delivery tables of specific equipment. + Stack or assemble materials into bundles and band bundles together. + Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, job tickets, or other containers. **Essential Skills** + Production experience. + Machine operation expertise. + General labor skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Great attention to detail. + Basic math skills to adjust to order requirements. + Preferably bilingual in Spanish. + Motivated to learn and willing to move throughout departments as a 'floater'. **Why Work Here?** We offer dental benefits to our employees. The team is tenured and primarily Spanish-speaking. Dress code includes wearing a t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with overtime as needed, although there are not many overtime options. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Yorba Linda, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
