HIRING IMMEDIATELY: TEMPORARY HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER IN WAUKEGAN, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a temporary Human Resources Manager to join our client in Waukegan, IL. This individual will be responsible for onboarding and coordinating the orientation process, maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leaves, policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $25/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Located in Waukegan, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process of all employees
• Onboard and coordinate the orientation process
• Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
• Lead in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration
• Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews
• Administrative tasks, such as attendance, coding invoices, maintaining PTO calendar

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong people skills is a must
• Previous experience in a Human Resources role
• Must possess knowledge of unemployment regulations/ laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer and technical skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
