• Experience in sales (especially in home remodeling sales) is a plus, but not required—we’re looking for the right attitude and work ethic.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing, siding, window, and gutter needs.
• Run company provided leads.
• Present our premium roofing products and financing options with confidence.
• Build relationships and rapport with clients to close sales, earn referrals, and earn repeat business.
• Adhere to company procedures and pricing.
• Use multiple different apps and technologies, including our CRM, sales presentation software, financing portal, and more.
• Manage your own sales pipeline, including strong follow up and communication post-presentation.
• Participate in daily sales meetings, and regular performance reviews.
• Represent Home Run Roofing with professionalism and integrity at all times.
