Responsibilities
Develop, verify, and validate simulation models using dynamic simulation software (preferably Plant Simulation from Siemens).
Conduct material flow simulations and analysis.
Develop material handling systems such as fork trucks, tuggers, AGV, AGC,AMR etc.
Perform delivery route analysis.
Conduct throughput capacity, bottleneck, and downtime analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in developing simulation models using Siemens Plant Simulation.
Expertise in material flow simulation, AGV/AMR modelling and analysis
Expertise in creating custom object library in Siemens Plant Simulation.
