Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in  Petaluma . The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic care by developing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function. This role requires compassion, strong communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing patients' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose physical conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.

Requirements:
Education:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in  California .

Experiences:

• 1+ year of experience in an acute setting.
• Home Health experience required.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Other:

• Strong knowledge of PT principles and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Clean Driver’s License.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:  $105,000 - $150,000(based on experience)
