Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Broker based in Dallas, TX. The Junior Broker will assist in sourcing, analyzing, and negotiating net lease investment opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing property evaluations, coordinating with clients, and managing transaction processes. The role also involves actively supporting senior brokers and participating in client meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Research, Financial Analysis, and Real Estate Evaluation
• Proficiency in Client Relations, Communication, and Negotiation
• High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail for managing transactions
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and investment principles is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn from experienced professionals
