Job Summary :
Designer/Space Planner will prepare construction plans that are necessary for both construction and permitting purposes. Designer/Space Planner will also need to be prepared to back up existing as built drawings into Revit along with helping assist with retrieving necessary information between design and interior construction as a space is being built. Once proficient with the company standards of design, Designer/Space Planner will meet potential and existing clients to obtain their requirements and develop a space plan based on those requirements.
