Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage key customer accounts, build long-term relationships, and execute multi-year strategies to deliver maximum value to our clients. This is a high-impact position ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B technical sales—especially within the semiconductor or photonics manufacturing sectors.

🔑 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales, pricing, and product strategies to achieve market leadership and profitability.
  • Drive annual and multi-year strategic account forecasts and revenue goals.
  • Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable plans for Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Identify and lead new product and market opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create and manage strategic account plans to grow key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build influential networks across all levels of customer organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure competitive benchmarking is up to date.

✅ Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales/account management experience with a focus on technical or solution-based sales.
  • Background in semiconductor , photonics , or laser product industries strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing major global accounts and achieving growth targets.
  • Proven skills in strategic planning, market development, and complex negotiations.
  • Experience working with executive leadership in multinational organizations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
