Key Skills & Experience:
  • Dependable with excellent time management skills
  • High energy and a positive, friendly attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a variety of tasks
  • CRM experience is preferred (basic knowledge is a plus)
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Experience in customer service and administrative skills
  • Inside Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Comfort in answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and setting appointments
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys engaging with others
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Follow up on leads, take inbound and outbound calls from homeowners to determine their specific needs and schedule appointments for them to meet with our team of Design Consultants
  • Data Entry & Scheduling: Schedule, organize, and confirm appointments, ensure efficient scheduling for leads, service calls, and installations
  • Client Interaction: Handle phone calls and emails while providing product information and support
  • Administrative Support: Assist with office administration tasks as needed
  • CRM Management: Update and monitor client information to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups
  • Client Support: Follow up on project balances, provide post-project customer support, and ensure timely completion of tasks
