Key Skills & Experience: - Dependable with excellent time management skills
- High energy and a positive, friendly attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a variety of tasks
- CRM experience is preferred (basic knowledge is a plus)
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Experience in customer service and administrative skills
- Inside Sales experience preferred but not required
- Comfort in answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and setting appointments
- A collaborative team player who enjoys engaging with others
Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Follow up on leads, take inbound and outbound calls from homeowners to determine their specific needs and schedule appointments for them to meet with our team of Design Consultants
- Data Entry & Scheduling: Schedule, organize, and confirm appointments, ensure efficient scheduling for leads, service calls, and installations
- Client Interaction: Handle phone calls and emails while providing product information and support
- Administrative Support: Assist with office administration tasks as needed
- CRM Management: Update and monitor client information to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups
- Client Support: Follow up on project balances, provide post-project customer support, and ensure timely completion of tasks
