" Opportunity Snapshot: Compensation: $35-40.00/hour Location: Brighton, CO Work Schedule: 9/80 Duration: 12 months + Benefits: Comprehensive benefits with 401(k), PTO and Holidays Qualifications: Inspects materials for quality/defects Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near work site Able to identify material by part number or written description Manually moves materials onto or from pallets and shelves Must be comfortable operating forklifts and telehandlers of various sizes and able to pass a certification test Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areas Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet Cleans work area, machines, and equipment Assembles crates to contain products when required Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers Adheres to all safety rules and regulations Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and repetitively lift up to 50 pounds Responsibilities: ~ Looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our yard team in Brighton, CO ~5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry ~ Experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery ~ Strong communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships. Ability to work with a team in both an office and field environment ~ SAP knowledge, not required but a plus ~ Follow and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices ~ Complete and maintain forklift certification ~ Manages the communication and tracking of all pad load outs ~ Assistance with all physical inventory counts ~ Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles ~ Organize and maintain warehouse(s) and inventory yard(s) areas for efficient material storage and handling, including labeling, stocking, and organizing stock/material on shelving and pallet systems ~ Receive inbound freight and expedited shipments and MRO/Commodity deliveries, ensure documents are complete and accurate, distribute documents and notify recipients per established procedures ~ Manages the timely activities and schedule of the yard team and provides the necessary resources to accomplish tasks set by operations and supply chain management ~ Manages day-to-day planning of the yard, communicating with inspectors, construction foreman, contractors and fabricators on all their equipment needs ensuring that all work is done safely and efficiently The Bergaila Way: The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
