Salary: $40,000 - $75,000 per year (Base + Bonuses)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday
License Required: Active Property & Casualty (Life & Health a plus)

This is an in-office role where you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.

What You'll Do: - Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide fast, accurate, and friendly support for policy changes, billing, claims, and more
- Educate customers about insurance options through needs-based conversations
- Assist with onboarding new clients and handling renewals
- Keep detailed activity reports and communicate progress to the agent
What We're Looking For: - Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health license preferred)
- 1+ year of customer service, sales, or insurance experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- A self-starter with high attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced office setting
- Team player who is goal-oriented and eager to grow
- Must be available to work the following schedule Monday through Friday 9-5
