Little Bird Wellness is a multi-location wellness center dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services to our clients. Position: We are looking for motivated and collaborative massage therapists and estheticians to join our team. The right candidate would be excited to educate customers and grow their practice while continuing to hone their skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team in a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage services including, but not limited to: Therapeutic (light & deep pressure) and prenatal. Niche modality focus encouraged!
• Ability to customize each session based on client needs, preferences, and medical conditions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients.
• Ensure clients are comfortable and provide excellent customer service before, during, and after their sessions.
• Document client information and session notes as required within a collaborative practice.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain professional boundaries at all times.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Valid CT state massage therapy license.
• Proven experience in a professional massage setting (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to listen to clients needs.
• Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate attitude.
• Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
