Job Title: Lead Massage Therapist – Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Massage Therapist to join our growing team. Position Overview:

We are hiring a Full-Time Lead Massage Therapist to oversee and elevate our spa’s massage therapy services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in massage therapy, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a blend of hands-on massage therapy work and management responsibilities to ensure the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Contract Pay Range:

$55,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional massage therapy services, including but not limited to:
• Swedish Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Hot Stone Therapy
• Cupping Techniques
• Body Treatments
• Lead and mentor the massage therapy team to maintain consistent, high-quality service
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing massage therapists
• Manage scheduling, staff coverage, and daily spa operations related to massage therapy
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and guest areas
• Manage supply & inventory needs
• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving any service issues promptly
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop new services and enhance the guest experience
• Participate in any/all Public relations events to promote resort & spa
• Attend any/all company meetings

Requirements:

• Must be GA Board Certified
• Must carry a minimum of $1 million in liability insurance
• Minimum of 5 years of massage therapy experience
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience in a spa or wellness environment
• Expertise in a variety of massage techniques and treatments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with training and staff development
• Background in luxury resort or high-end spa environments
