💼 Now Hiring: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

We are seeking a talented and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist with specialized experience in lymphatic drainage massage , ideally including post-surgical MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) . This is an exceptional opportunity for a therapist who values clinical excellence, holistic wellness, and a boutique, high-touch environment.

You’ll work closely with clients recovering from cosmetic procedures or addressing general inflammation and detox—helping them heal, rebalance, and feel beautiful in their bodies again.

🔍 Responsibilities

• Perform manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) sessions tailored to surgical recovery and wellness goals
• Customize sessions based on medical history, inflammation, or edema
• Educate clients on post-session care and recovery best practices
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation using digital spa software
• Deliver an elevated, relaxing client experience from consultation to checkout
• Maintain pristine hygiene and safety standards in line with med spa protocols

✅ Qualifications

• Active Texas Massage Therapy License (Required)
• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in lymphatic drainage therapy
• Certification or training in post-operative massage or MLD preferred
• Skilled in Swedish, deep tissue , or other complementary modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts as needed
• Reliable transportation to Bee Cave / Austin location
