Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with clients, and is committed to delivering unparalleled service. You’ll oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and implement innovative strategies to grow the business—all while creating a shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Act as a brand ambassador and reflect an elevated brand image at all times.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the store team and vendor partners to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales process by ensuring the highest level of luxury service and navigate critical situations with a high level of professionalism.
  • Manage and align online and in store merchandising with marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in social media with new arrival presentations and thought leadership.

Team Management

  • Oversee a successful store team through task delegation, performance management, and utilizing storytelling to convey product knowledge while upholding service/selling standards.
  • Provide effective guidance, coaching, and feedback to all members of the team to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
  • Lead regular team meetings to provide store performance updates and emphasize key priorities.
  • Ensure achievement of quantitative targets by analyzing results, verifying monthly activities, and leading team meetings.

Operations

  • Enhance comprehension of important operational procedures including inventory management, daily opening/closing activities, and strategic scheduling.
  • Manage various operational procedures such as stock consolidations and inventory management.
  • Responsible for reporting and solving store maintenance issues in a timely manner to guarantee safety and functionality of the store.
  • Oversee proper execution of internal procedures, administrative tasks, and operational activities.
  • Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations.

Skills and Abilities Required

  • Experience in Management, luxury retail environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Office, Shopify, and other digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented with experience managing a high-volume store.
  • Strong knowledge of retail sales and operations.
  • Ability to travel and work weekends.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
