Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Onsite in McMinnville, Oregon

Pay: Starting pay is $20.63 (+ $2.50 night shift differential) with opportunities for overtime and advancement (within the same function or another). After 3 months, it could be between $20.63-$23/hr after Biannual performance review.

Available Shifts:

Shift 3 - e/o Wednesday - Saturday Day Shift (5AM-5PM)

Shift 4 - e/o Wednesday - Saturday Night Shift (5PM-5AM)

Machine Operator:

Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their growing team. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company focused on producing healthy snack foods. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with a keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon working Wednesday to Saturday during Day Shift from 5AM to 5PM or a Night Shift from 5PM to 5AM.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Set up machines, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Prepare ingredient mixtures according to specified recipes and monitor product quality throughout the process.
• Ensure that products are properly packaged and labeled, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Conduct quality checks on production output, including monitoring the consistency of mixes, packaging welds, and proper stacking of finished goods.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and resolve operational challenges.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, willingness to learn and grow in a production environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues.
• Capable of managing changing priorities and embracing new challenges.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Ability to consistently show up on time and be committed to maintaining the work schedule, including occasional overtime.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
