  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on capital and non-capital projects to optimize plant operations.
  • Track key maintenance metrics, ensuring compliance with performance goals and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, with a strong focus on reliability.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting.
  • Background in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred but not required.
  • Experience in manufacturing, particularly in industrial or wood-based production, is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, asset management, and maintenance best practices.
  • Proven ability to set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure maintenance efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience managing maintenance budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of reliability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and procurement teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS software to support maintenance operations.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunity to lead a skilled team and make a lasting impact on plant operations.
  • Relocation package - need to move? We got you covered!
