Are you a Maintenance Technician from a Manufacturing background, looking to work at a stable business offering robotics training and progression to Lead level?

My client is renowned in their industry for looking after their employees. They offer annual pay reviews, end of year bonuses, and a sign on bonus of $1,000. Their Vice President of Manufacturing started off as a Technician and is one of many success stories at the business.
In this role you will first be trained on first shift for 90-days by industry experts on specialist machinery and robotics. Once trained, you will be conducting a mix of mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing machinery. This is a 12-hour, 7PM – 7AM night shift, with a 2-2-3 schedule, meaning you work 36 hours one week, and 48 hours the next week.
