Marketing Specialist (Hybrid, Part-Time)

We're seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to help us amplify our brand and engage our audience. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across various platforms, with a strong focus on social media and digital content creation that embodies our "hats that start conversations" philosophy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a growing, fun brand and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging social media content calendars across Instagram, [mention other relevant platforms like Facebook, TikTok, etc.].
  • Create visually appealing and conversation-starting content, including high-quality product photography, lifestyle shots, short form video, and written posts that highlight the unique stories and personalities behind our hats.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing initiatives, including influencer marketing and community engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on streetwear, fashion, and hat trends.
  • Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, ideally within the fashion or streetwear industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, 1 with a knack for crafting engaging captions and stories.
