Now, we’re looking for a savvy, ambitious Media Sales Executive to sell premium advertising across our newsletter and digital platforms. You’ll work directly with national brands and media agencies to craft compelling campaigns—and close the kind of deals that make your commission checks sing.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
• Sell digital ad placements in The Current to national advertisers & media agencies
• Develop proposals, lead sales calls, and deliver winning presentations
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and agency partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results—and exceed expectations
• Work from our Phoenix HQ in a dynamic, supportive, and fun media environment
🧠 What You Bring to the Table:
• A true sales driver mindset—hungry, polished, persistent
• 1–2+ years of sales experience (media/digital preferred, but not required)
• The ability to develop and manage your own leads with minimal oversight
• Experience selling to agencies or national brands = a big plus
• Excellent communication skills—you know how to talk and how to listen
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented attitude
• Confidence in closing big deals—and the hustle to keep them coming
💸 What You Get:
• Base salary : $45,000–$55,000 depending on experience
