**Job Title: Welder** Job Description We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. You will be responsible for welding compactors, front loads, and hook-lifts, contributing to the high-quality standards our company is known for. This is a first-shift role with potential for occasional overtime. We have the capacity to take on trade school applicants as well as more skilled individuals. This role will be focused on welding various metal containers using the MIG technique. This will pay $17 - $25 for qualified candidates. Responsibilities + Participate in a morning meeting with your direct supervisor to receive tasks and prepare for the day. + Read and interpret blueprints while collaborating with other welders. + Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards. Essential Skills + MIG welding experience. + Proficiency in math, particularly with fractions and multiplication. + Ability to read a tape measurer. + Capability to lift up to 45 pounds. Work Environment Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment during the first shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role may occasionally require overtime. Dress code and safety equipment will be provided as part of the work environment.
