Are you the type of person who likes to inspire others and make people smile? We are looking for someone like you to join our Customer Experience team of Wellness Coaches. The Wellness Coach manages the experience for our guests. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, believe in all-natural solutions, are interested in developmental opportunities, and have a passion for helping others. Wellness Coaches are comfortable helping our customers via telephone or in person, we listen to our guests, learn and give guidance regarding the right products for their needs, and enjoy delivering 'wow' experiences! Hearing from customers that our assistance has brought them relief, and happiness or helped them through a tough time is what motivates us the most. If you are interested in adding to the Magic of living Naturally, this is the role for you!

Hours: Full Time and Part Time roles available

Pay Rate: Base Hourly Rate plus Sales Commission.

What you'll be doing:

A Wellness Coach’s responsibilities revolve around Customer Service. These are the most important concepts to be comfortable with:

• Greeting guests appropriately and warmly.
• Providing transparent and well-informed knowledge about our natural wellness products.
• Upholding and following the company's core values and code of ethics.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:

• At least 2 years of prior retail customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of prior sales experience.
• Consider yourself a 'People Person' who enjoys interacting with others.
• Enjoy a collaborative environment encouraging individual growth.
• Is self-motivated and takes the necessary actions to meet sales goals.
