Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care in our home health care program. The RN Supervisor will lead and support a team of nurses, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and work closely with other staff and the processing team to provide individualized care to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the nursing staff in providing home health services to
• patients.
• Conduct clinical assessments and evaluate patient care plans to ensure appropriate services are delivered.
• Provide training, orientation, and ongoing education to nursing staff.
• Monitor performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Respond promptly to clinical concerns, emergencies, or incidents as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement activities.
• Assist in the hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
• Ensure that infection control and safety procedures are strictly followed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
