HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner, FNP, AGNP, APP or Physician Assistant, PA-C for a full-time or part-time, permanent opportunity to join a leading PA-C owned Wound Care team serving patients in S outh Portland, OR , across Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville regions.

APRN or PA-Cs passionate about learning a new specialty, newly graduated, or experienced in Wound Care will enjoy joining a welcoming team atmosphere, a five-week paid training program, monthly bonus potential , and ongoing professional development.

The Wound Care NP or P-C will provide services in the greater Portland, Oregon north to region within the community and primarily within Skilled Nursing Facilities.

• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP works Mon – Friday, 6AM – 3PM, with flex schedule
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP provides Wound Care services in SNF or the community
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP works in the South Portland region
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP coordinates with COO to establish a territory
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP maximizes patient facing time through strategic schedule
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP receives paid travel time and mileage reimbursement
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP has assigned support staff member from each facility
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP is supported from in-house Clinical Resource Nursing team for SNF to troubleshoot any Nursing or facility issues
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP performs wound assessment and minor surgical procedures
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP receive training on suturing, suturing removal, debridement, etc.
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP create treatment plans and document all care on EHR
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP collaborate virtually as needed with medical leadership including BC MDs & Surgeons specialized in Wound Care
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP is eligible for monthly bonuses based on performance
• PA-C, NP, FNP, ANGP receive customized paid training, with experienced PA-C and MD with Advanced Chronic Wound Care Certification

Traveling Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) / Physicians Associate (PA-C) Requirements:

• Master’s Degree
• Eligibility for OR licensure
• DEA License or Eligibility
• Driver’s License
• Ability to travel Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville - Greater Southern Portland

Traveling Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) / Physicians Associate (PA-C)

Compensation:

• 125K – 146,500K Base DOE
• Monthly Bonus Potential (300-6K)
• Annual Bonus potential 3,600 – 72,000
• Relocation Assistance 2,500K+
