Your Role:

As a Physician Assistant on our team, you'll be delivering comprehensive primary care in a community-based setting, with the autonomy and support you need to build lasting patient relationships.

• See 16–20 patients per day
• Approximately 70–80% direct patient care, 20–30% indirect (e.g., Rx refills, urgent messages, labs, etc.)
• Occasional same-day or telehealth visits as needed
• Opportunity to perform outpatient procedures (no OB)
• Manage your own patient panel with collaborative team support

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Physician Assistant in the state of California (required)
• 1–3 years of experience in a primary care or urgent care setting preferred
• Passion for patient-centered care and continuity
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team
• Comfortable managing a wide range of conditions across adult and geriatric populations
