Role/Responsibilities

Product Owner Job Description:

Key Duties

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Evaluate product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps and Python
• Also-Trading domain knowledge would be helpful for discussions with Customer Product Owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development or ownership.
• Certifications like CSPO or SAFe Product Owner are often preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $114,300

Pay Range Maximum: $154,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
