Job Description

We´re seeking for "Production Manager" to work with a packaging manufacturing company.

The Production Manager is responsible for managing production staff, optimizing plant performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

LOCATION: Hatillo, PR
SALARY: $90K per year + benefits
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, 2 days off.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
-Manage daily operations of the corrugator plant, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
-Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
-Supervise and lead a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
-Maintain and enforce quality control standards to ensure that the final products meet or exceed customer specifications.
-Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
-Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.
-Prepare and present production reports, including performance metrics, progress, and issues to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is required.
-Fully bilingual.
