At Percy, we’re building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a high-performing Property Manager to lead operations for a Tax Credit (LIHTC) property in Northampton, MA.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who’s passionate about managing affordable properties. With full control over financials, marketing, and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by a supportive ownership group.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for 180 Tax Credit (LIHTC) units
• Lead and support a team of maintenance and office staff
• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, and P&L
• Execute lease-up strategies and community engagement initiatives
• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing LIHTC properties
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and reporting
• Experience with lease-ups strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
